Everyone's idea of a successful summer holiday is different! The St. Johann im Pongau-Alpendorf region has a variety of leisure activity options and there is always something happening on our farm! While the adults mostly crave relaxation and tranquillity during their summer holidays, the kids want to let off steam and be doing something. The best way to tick both boxes is a holiday on our family-friendly farm in Pongau. You can also look forward to a huge range of sport and leisure activities, cultural highlights and exciting family outings.

Depending on the weather, we organise a BBQ evening with specialities produced in Austria. Atmospheric evenings with a harmonica, humour and schnaps to digest.
A children's paradise...
Your kids can really let off steam in the stables and around the farm and discover the adventure playground that is "nature". Whether it's handling the animals or in the playground. Your children are certainly welcome to help on the farm and learn about daily life on the farm. Whether it's hay making, feeding the animals and looking after them, harvesting fruit or in the farm gardens. Boring? Far from it.

New climbing course at the Hahnbaum - only 5 min walk from the LEHENHOF

Climbing, shimmying, balancing - here big and small climbers get their money's worth!
Look forward to a great tree course directly adjacent to the motor skills park and along the hiking trail from Lehengut. The course is designed in such a way that no special climbing equipment is required. The stations are freely accessible and can also be walked by smaller children. The new adventure course offers dizzying views at heights of up to 30 m as well as lots of fun and action for climbers big and small.
The new stations will be open from the beginning of July 2021 and can be used free of charge.
Hiking with the whole family creates as a unique summer adventure!
Let's go! Below are two wonderful hikes that can be started from the Lehenhof:
- Vogeihüttn - approx. 1.5 hr: Lovely walk! Typical Austrian hospitality, cosy cabin on the Hahnbaum mountain with an incredible view of the Salzach valley and the mountains.
- Gasthof Hetzenbichl - approx. 20 minutes: Romantic hiking trail through forests and meadows. Austrian delicacies and farm cuisine.
